Joseph V. Espiritu is the Owner and Chief Operating Officer of In His Step Marketing, a company that distributes and markets unique high-end consumer products. Most recently, Mr. Espiritu ventured into the food industry as Stockholder and Director for Belarson Food Corp., Belares Food Corp., and Arseble Food Corp., all franchise holders for Jollibee Philippines, responsible for three full-service Jollibee fast food restaurants in the downtown metropolis of Recto and Luneta. Concurrently, Mr. Espiritu serves as Director and co-owns Newport Fashion Circle Corp., Goodman Accessories Corp., and Pollux Pharmaceuticals, Inc., of which he is also the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. He also manages his own shoe manufacturing plant under the name JVE.
His 25-year career in the development and manufacturing of shoes and leather goods carried overall responsibilities in market and brand development, sales growth, financial performance, management development and product marketing. His passion for the development and growth of consumer products led to the foundation of EEzy Brush and other EEzy Products. Today, Mr. Espiritu manufactures and distributes EEzy products through traditional and non-traditional channels. And for the last four years has been a consistent top sales performer in its class.
Mr. Espiritu is a product of the Far Eastern University, where he majored in Business Management. He also received a certificate degree in Computer Programming from the Ateneo De Manila University Computer Technology Center and IT modules from the Informatics Computer Institute Phils.
